Looking Ahead to 2026
As I head into 2026 having finished my OMSCS degree, there is a void left to keep myself mentally occupied after work. Through all of the endless weekends and all-nighters, the program had given me a structure to fill up my “free” time with deadlines and purpose to expand my knowledge through the course content which no longer exists. It'll be up to me to find a way to still be active and continue to learn on my own – which is a lot harder to do with no external accountability. So what was my solution?
It was to start this blog.
It was to keep myself accountable and along the way to improve my writing and communicating skills which I have always used as an excuse as my weakness.
With the pace of technology moving at the speed of light, it gives me the chance to keep up with the advances and then use reinforcement learning to re-teach the concepts through this blog. There are multiple topics to touch on from Machine Learning/AI, Entrepreneurship, Start Ups, and even just helpful tips and tricks along the way. The purpose and the expected outcome for each post will be to provide at least one insight that can be taken away and applied.
One of the reasons, the name of the Blog is Always Be Learning is that you are never taught the nuances of concepts unless you deep dive yourself and piece together the puzzles. Another purpose of this blog, then, will be to share those nuances that are not taught in presentation slides or in lecture videos.
The blog might be rough around the corners with multiple grammatical mistakes or might even be a little scatter brained. But hopefully with each blog post, the errors fade with every word typed and the insight provided by the blog increases.
Come join me on my journey.
